Robert D. Olshan
Vice President and Phoenix Office Head
Mr. Olshan has responsibility for directing the activities of the company's Southwest and Southeast Divisions, including the acquisition of improved properties, and development of new commercial projects. He oversees due diligence, site planning, building design, the entitlement process and construction management. Mr. Olshan is also accountable for the ongoing management, leasing and performance of the Divisions' assets.
Prior to joining Crown West in 2003, Mr. Olshan served as Development Manager and Asset Manager for the Phoenix-based office of Koll Development Company and for Artemis Realty Investments, where he participated in all facets of commercial real estate development, including acquisitions, entitlements, financing, construction, leasing and dispositions.
A member of the State Bar of Arizona, Mr. Olshan is a graduate of the University of Redlands and holds dual Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration degrees from Arizona State University.
Kevin F. Richey
Vice President and Denver Office Head
Mr. Richey oversees Crown West's Colorado Division out of Denver and is accountable for the ongoing management and leasing of that Division's assets as well as due diligence and acquisition of new properties.
Prior to joining Crown West in 2007, Mr. Richey was the Portfolio Manager for Columbine West, L.L.C., a Denver-based investment and management firm and before that a Managing Director for The Frederick Ross Company, a 115-year-old Colorado full-service brokerage firm. During the past 30 years, Mr. Richey has been involved in all facets of the industry including portfolio and construction management, accounting and acquisitions and he has negotiated over 600 leasing and sale transactions for a total value in excess of $150 million.
Mr. Richey attended the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Dean Stuart, CCIM, SIOR
Vice President and Spokane Office Head
Mr. Stuart is General Manager of the Spokane Business and Industrial Park and responsible for overseeing leasing of Crown West's portfolio of over 6 million square feet of industrial properties. Additionally, he oversees the design, development and implementation of all Crown West marketing activities.
Prior to joining the company in 2000, Mr. Stuart was a manager in marketing and sales with companies in the media and advertising industries.
Mr. Stuart is both a CCIM and SIOR designee and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.
Dean F. Wingert
Vice President and Tucson Office Head
Mr. Wingert is the head of Crown West Land Group, a division of Crown West Realty focused on residential and commercial land acquisition and development. He is responsible for all aspects of land acquisition, planning, entitlement, infrastructure development, financing, and sales processes as well as governmental relations for the Group.
Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Wingert was a senior executive with Forest City Land Group for 25 years and oversaw master-planned communities in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, New Mexico and Texas.
Mr. Wingert received his B.S. degree from the University of Arizona, and achieved a Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) certification in California and Arizona. He is a member of the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association, the Metropolitan Pima Alliance and the Pima County Real Estate Research Council. He has also served on the Executive Committee for the Greater Tucson Economic Council.
Bryan C. Keller, CPA
Vice President and Accounting/Finance Head
Mr. Keller oversees Crown West's financial management, accounting and reporting functions, as well as the company's human relations department. Additionally, he is responsible for financial analysis of potential acquisitions, joint-venture opportunities, and property development and construction projects.
A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Keller has over 30 years of experience in public and private accounting, tax analysis and financial reporting. He holds a CCIM designation and is a member of the American Institute and Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Keller is a graduate of Linfield College and Portland State University, where he earned a Masters of Taxation.
Asset and Development Manager, Northwest Division
Mr. Lawrence is responsible for asset management and construction and capital project management for Crown West's extensive portfolio of real estate and water systems. He oversees new development, renovation, remodeling, infrastructure, and tenant improvement projects. His additional responsibilities also include property management functions and tenant relations for nearly 5 million square feet of industrial, commercial and office properties.
Prior to joining the Crown West team in 2002, Mr. Lawrence spent 12 years in facilities, construction and property management with Telect and InfoWorld Media Group.
Mr. Lawrence is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) pursuing the CPM designation.
Brett C. Sanders
Asset Manager, Colorado Division
Mr. Sanders' responsibilities include the asset management of Crown West's Colorado and Southeastern properties along with the due diligence and acquisition of new properties.
Prior to joining Crown West in 2007, Mr. Sanders was a Senior Auditor with Deseret Management Corporation, a diversified private holding company based in Salt Lake City with subsidiaries in the financial services, publishing, broadcasting and property management industries. Mr. Sanders also worked with Nashville Capital Network, an early stage venture capital group.
Mr. Sanders is a graduate of Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Management and the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
Development Manager, Crown West Land Group
Mr. Rihl oversees day to day management, development and sale of Land Group properties in Tucson, Arizona and Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada.
Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Rihl worked for Forest City Land Group for 15 years, and was involved with residential master-planned communities in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, New Mexico, and Texas. Prior to 1997, he served as a Broker with CB Commercial Real Estate. He is currently a Board Member of the Town of Marana Chamber of Commerce, The Cortaro- Marana Irrigation District, and a member of the DM-50, the civic support group for the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. He is also a member of the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association and the Metropolitan Pima Alliance.
Mr. Rihl is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
Mr. Jenkins is the Controller for all of Crown West Realty entities. Mr. Jenkins, who joined Crown West in 2005, has 28 years of experience in the real estate development and banking industries, and has been published in Commercial Mortgage Insight. Mr. Jenkins graduated from Eastern Washington University and has been a licensed CPA since 1988.
Information Technology Manager
Mr. Akers is Crown West’s Information Technology Manager and oversees I.T. and computer network administration for the company’s growing number of offices. He previously was the Information Technology manager for a real estate title company with 13 offices throughout the West. Mr. Akers graduated from Indiana University.
Mr. Breckner joined Crown West in 2004 and is Leasing Manager for the Spokane Business and Industrial Park and is responsible for new business development for the Northwest Region. He is a graduate of Gonzaga University.
Maintenance and Water System Supervisor
Mr. Hawkinson oversees all maintenance for Crown West’s commercial real estate in the Inland Northwest as well as its water utility and farm irrigation systems. He is a certified Water Engineer and licensed water utility operator. He previously was a construction supervisor and manufacturing foreman.
Counsel, Crown Columbia Water Resources
Mr. Peterson has 20 years of experience serving as general and special counsel to water purveyors and water rights holders of all kinds. He has worked with many of the largest growers in Washington State and has focused on new development and line extensions, including dozens of successful appeals of water right decisions through the Pollution Control Hearings Board and other government entities. He holds a J.D. from the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark University and a Bachelor’s degree from Pacific Lutheran University.
