Borgata At San Tan Heights
Lot DevelopmentIn 2020, Crown West kicked off Phase one of this project with the construction of 193 lots for Shea Homes. Completion is anticipated for late 2021 at a cost of nearly $20 million, excluding the land value itself. Phase two of Borgata will consist of another 209 lots with construction expected to begin in 2022.

Whispering Hills
Lot DevelopmentIn 2020, Crown West kicked off construction of 165 lots for Maracay Homes. Completion is expected in late 2021 at a cost of approximately $16 million, excluding the land value itself.
Peralta Canyon
Lot DevelopmentIn 2020, Crown West completed the sellout of 761 lots to six different homebuilders. Phase I was constructed between 2017-2018 and Phase II was completed in mid-2021.
Together, all project work cost over $35 million, exclusive of land value.

Tierra Verde East
Lot DevelopmentIn late 2020, Tierra Verde East began the development of the Tierra Verde master-planned-community with Crown West developing 339 lots for Forestar Real Estate Group (o/b/o DR Horton). Finishing the lots requires an investment of over $21 million, including regional backbone benefitting surrounding projects funded alongside other owners, but excluding the value of the land itself.

Tierra Verde West
Lot DevelopmentLess than three month’s after Forestar Real Estate Group’s acquisition of Tierra Verde East, Forestar purchased the remaining 235 paper lots of the Tierra Verde master-planned community development. Upon closing Crown West broke ground on the lots and completion is expected in 2022 at a cost of over $13 million, excluding the land value itself, but including significant backbone infrastructure benefiting regional improvements.
