New Construction Multi-Tenant Warehouse/Flex

Crown West Realty, LLC ("Crown") announced its recent acquisition of a 40-acre parcel of industrial land near the corner of Barker and Euclid Roads in Spokane Valley, WA. Plans call for a multi-building industrial park, named the Barker Logistics Center, that will total approximately 500,000 square feet when complete. Crown will break ground on the first building, a 130,000 square foot LEED Certified, concrete-tilt distribution building with 36-foot ceiling height in Spring 2022. The remainder of the 40-acre parcel will be marketed for build-to-suit projects up to 350,000 square feet.
