Andy Warren
President, Coronet Communities
Mr. Warren is Cofounder and President of Coronet Communities. Coronet Communities has been conceived to create environmentally conscious, next level product and lifestyle opportunities for the growing Build For Rent (BFR) residential asset class. Coronet Communities is the first and only BFR developer in the country pursuing USGBC LEED certification for its entire project portfolio.
Mr. Warren served as President of Arizona Homebuilder Maracay, a member of the TRI Pointe Group (NYSE: TPH) from 2009 to 2020. Maracay was named the 2019 #1 Top Company to Work For in Arizona by The Arizona Republic/azcentral in partnership with the Arizona Commerce Authority and BestCompaniesAZ. Under Mr. Warren’s leadership Maracay grew to become the largest operation within the TRI Pointe portfolio of companies. In 2019 Mr. Warren also led TRI Pointe’s Austin Texas homebuilding operation.
Before joining Maracay, Mr. Warren devoted 6 years as Partner and Chief Operating Officer of EYA, a private, urban-infill homebuilder and developer based in Bethesda, Maryland, servicing the Washington D.C. metro area. Prior to that he spent 16 years in various management capacities with Bethesda, Maryland-based Winchester Homes, ultimately serving as the company’s Executive Vice President.
Mr. Warren is an Executive Committee Board Member and Immediate Past Chairman of the Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC). He also currently serves on the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Arizona Advisory Board. Over the past decade Mr. Warren has served on multiple Arizona based civic and community organizations.
Mr. Warren is an Advisory Board member with Land Advisors Organization, the largest residential land brokerage firm in the United States, with Elevation, a fully integrated residential energy solutions company, and with Diamond Age, which utilizes 3D printing, mechatronics, and robotics in order to automate the process of building new homes. Mr. Warren also serves on the Board of Elders at Living Streams Church and as a Board member with the Phoenix Rescue Mission.
Mr. Warren holds an MBA degree in Finance from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University. His market insights have been quoted in national publications, including the New York Times and Wall Street Journal.
