Jimmy Gaulin
Land Development Manager – Tucson & Reno Regions
Mr. Gaulin directs CWRG’s land development activities in Arizona and Nevada, including entitlements, consultant management, and transactional relationships. Mr. Gaulin has two decades of development experience in the Tucson, Denver and Seattle markets. Prior to joining CWRG, Mr. Gaulin served as the land acquisitions manager for DR Horton in Tucson and managed land departments for other homebuilders in Arizona. Mr. Gaulin holds a BS degree in civil engineering from the University of Arizona.
