New Construction Multi-Tenant Warehouses
Euclid Logistics Center – This 50-acre, multi-building redevelopment project is located near the corner of 5th Street and Euclid Avenue within the Spokane Business & Industrial Park (The Park). Plans call for the construction of four buildings totaling approximately 500,000 square feet which will transform the southeast corner of The Park into a state-of-the-art distribution and logistics center. The first phase was completed in February 2020 and the second phase was completed December 2021. Both buildings are 120,000 square foot concrete-tilt, LEED-certified featuring 36-foot clear heights, cross-dock capacity with 135-foot truck courts.
