Magma Ranch III, Pinal County, AZ – Magma Ranch is a 3,715-unit master planned community in Pinal County, the southeast portion of the Greater Phoenix market. The community boasts well-maintained parks, trails, and a K-8 public school. Hunt Highway’s widening offers residents improved access to the Loop 202 and broader Phoenix MSA.
Phase III of Magma Ranch spans 168 acres and offers 668 new homesites, including 419 45-foot lots and 249 55-foot lots. As of Q3 2024, Crown West Land Group is finishing 439 lots for Richmond American Homes (189 lots), Century Communities (152 lots), and Brightland Homes (95 lots) and mass grading on the remaining 229 lots.
