Aspen Creek

LYON COUNTY, NV – On May 24, 2024, an affiliate of Crown West Land Group purchased Aspen Creek which includes 499 approved residential lots and related water rights on 1,970 acres in Dayton, NV. The project has five miles of frontage on both sides of the Carson River and is accessible via the Fort Churchill Road exit off Highway 50.  Aspen Creek is immediately adjacent to the Riverview K-8 Elementary School and the Riverpark master planned community.  The residential lots average 13,477 square feet and feature scenic views of the Carson River. The Aspen Creek purchase represents Crown West Land Group’s eleventh acquisition in the greater Reno area since 2013 and its fifth in the Dayton submarket.
