BALDWIN COUNTY, AL – On October 29, 2025, an affiliate of Crown West Realty held its groundbreaking ceremony on Building E-2, the first building of Loxley Logistics Center, a 210-acre, master-planned, Class A industrial park located in Loxley, AL.

We are pleased to announce that an affiliate of Crown West Realty, in partnership with design-builder Arco Murray, broke ground on the first building at Loxley Logistics Center, its master-planned industrial park located in Loxley, Alabama. The initial 162,800 square foot Class A facility—36′ clear, concrete-tilt, cross-docked facility—serves the rapidly growing industries of the Central Gulf Coast and their supplier networks. We uniquely offer demisable tenant suites starting at 20,000 square feet, as well as build-to-suit opportunities on the remaining acreage.  

Loxley sits at the I-10/US-59 interchange, central to Mobile, Baldwin County, and Pensacola. The park will support suppliers to key regional industries and drive continued growth and investment across the Central Gulf Coast.  As evidence of that demand, Crown West Realty recently sold 57 acres in Loxley Logistics Center to Butting USA for its North American headquarters.   Crown West Realty will oversee construction, property management, and leasing at Loxley Logistics Center.
