Crown West Realty To Construct 100,000-Square-Foot Distribution Facility

SPOKANE, WA – Spokane-based Crown West Realty has entered into a long-term lease agreement with Core-Mark International and will begin construction on a high-bay distribution facility for the company this month. Core-Mark will consolidate two of its existing Spokane locations into the new 100,000-square-foot property, to be located on a 10-acre parcel north of Crown West Realty’s Spokane Business and Industrial Park on the corner of Trent and Sullivan in Spokane. Vandervert Construction is the contractor on the more than $6.5 million project.
