SPOKANE – Daytona Beach, Fla.-based Builder Services Group Inc., doing business as Gale Contractor Services, which sells and installs building and home-improvement products, has leased 20,000 square feet of floor space in the Spokane Business & Industrial Park, at 3808 N. Sullivan, where it moved its Spokane Valley office from 5414 E. Broadway. Dean Stuart, of Crown West Realty LLC; Boug Byrd, of Byrd Real Estate Group; and Al Leszczynski, of Colliers International, handled the transaction.
