Magma Ranch III – Sale of 439 Final Platted Lots
PINAL COUNTY, AZ – On July 11, 2024, an affiliate of Crown West Land Group sold 439 final platted residential lots in the Magma Ranch III master planned community to homebuilders including 189 lots to Richmond American Homes, 152 lots to Century Communities, and 95 lots to Brightland Homes. Post-closing, Crown West land Group will manage the construction of all 439 finished lots along with the mass-grading of the remaining 229 final platted lots in Phase 2.
