Alex Rihl
Vice President & Phoenix Office Head
Prior to joining Crown West in 2026, Mr. Rihl served as Regional Vice President of Acquisitions for AMH, a publicly traded REIT focused on the management and development of single-family rental communities across the United States. In this role, he oversaw acquisition teams in five markets spanning three states, including Arizona, Nevada, and Texas.
Before his time at AMH, Mr. Rihl spent more than eight years with Tri Pointe Homes (formerly Maracay Homes), a top 20 U.S. homebuilder, where he led land acquisition and entitlement efforts in both the Phoenix and Tucson markets.
Mr. Rihl earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He has been actively involved with the Southern and Central Arizona Home Builders Associations, as well as Urban Land Institute.
