Chase Breckner, CCIM
Mr. Breckner serves as General Manager of the Spokane Business & Industrial Park (The Park), the region’s largest hub for industrial and commercial enterprises. In this role, he oversees daily operations, tenant relations, leasing activity, and long‑term asset strategy. His leadership supports Crown West Realty’s mission of providing flexible, high‑quality industrial space to businesses throughout the Inland Northwest.
With a CCIM designation and a strong background in commercial property management, Chase brings a data‑driven, service‑oriented approach to both tenant support and operational efficiency. His work emphasizes strategic planning, continuous modernization, and building strong partnerships with the businesses that call The Park home.
Chase plays an integral role in supporting Crown West’s broader commercial real estate platform, helping maintain the organization’s reputation as a leading provider of industrial space across the country. Chase is a graduate of Gonzaga University.
