Eric Peluso
Mr. Peluso is the property manager for Crown West’s extensive portfolio in the Spokane Market. In addition, he oversees renovations, remodeling, and tenant improvement projects and plays a key role in new development projects. Prior to joining the Crown West team in 2021, Mr. Peluso spent 12 years in the hospitality industry where his responsibilities included operations management, facilities maintenance, renovations, and customer relations. Mr. Peluso is currently enrolled with BOMI (Building Owners and Managers Institute) pursuing his Real Property Administrator designation.
