Dean F. Wingert
Vice President and Tucson Office Head
Mr. Wingert is the head of Crown West Land Group, a division of Crown West Realty focused on residential and commercial land acquisition and development. He is responsible for all aspects of land acquisition, planning, entitlement, infrastructure development, financing, and sales processes as well as governmental relations for the Group.
Prior to joining Crown West, Mr. Wingert was a senior executive with Forest City Land Group for 25 years and oversaw master-planned communities in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, New Mexico and Texas.
Mr. Wingert received his B.S. degree from the University of Arizona, and achieved a Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) certification in California and Arizona. He is a member of the Southern Arizona Home Builders Association, the Metropolitan Pima Alliance and the Pima County Real Estate Research Council. He has also served on the Executive Committee for the Greater Tucson Economic Council.
