Vice President and Spokane Office Head
As Vice President, Mr. Stuart oversees all leasing activity for Crown Wests portfolio of industrial properties. Over his 20+ year tenure, he has managed the construction of approximately 1.25 million square feet of high-bay, concrete-tilt industrial properties and been involved in over 25 million square feet of leasing activity. Mr. Stuart is both a CCIM and SIOR designee and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University.
