Land Development Manager
Mr. Lane works in Crown West’s Phoenix office and oversees land development activities in Arizona and Nevada including entitlements, consultant management, and transactional relationships. He has 30 years of development, engineering and construction experience in the Southwest. He is a former construction manager for HilgartWilson and TB Contractors, where he managed a wide range of developments for national homebuilders, including Richmond American, Beazer Homes, Ashton Woods and Shea Homes, as well as for private investors such as Raintree Investment Group. Mr. Lane holds advanced engineering and construction management degrees from Arizona State University and Brigham Young University as well as a PE certification.
