Mr. Lawrence serves as vice president of Crown West Realty and manages the complexities of a six-million-square-foot industrial and commercial portfolio. With the oversight of new development, re-development, infrastructure health, tenant improvements and tenant relations, Mr. Lawrence provides the steady leadership required to execute large-scale capital projects and maintain long-term property performance.
Prior to joining the Crown West team in 2002, Mr. Lawrence managed the construction and assets for a number of international firms. Mr. Lawrence utilizes his deep background in facilities and construction to bridge the gap between initial project concepts and successful asset management. His specialized expertise in industrial infrastructure makes him a unique asset to the Crown West leadership team, where he ensures the firm remains at the forefront of modern commercial real estate development.
