This 100,000 square foot, concrete-tilt, front-dock building located in the North Park was constructed in 2006 specifically for one of the largest distributors and marketers of consumer goods in North America. Its features include 24-foot clear height, 135’ truck courts with dock and grade-level access. In 2015, an addition was completed adding 50,000 square feet with 28-foot clear height.
