Crossroads @ Surprise

SURPRISE, AZ – On October 30, 2024, Crown West Land Group acquired a 577 acre property in Surprise, AZ for $25.0 million. The property is located along U.S. 60 with frontage on Dove Valley Road and 203rd Avenue and with direct access to the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad rail line. Importantly the property lies immediately proximate to Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad’s planned $2 billion intermodal transport hub on over 4,200 acres. Crown West Land Group intends to develop the property as a mixed-use master planned project called the Crossroads at Surprise which will include commercial and industrial uses.
