New Construction Multi-Tenant Warehouses
Barker Logistics Center – Crown West acquired a 40-acre parcel of prime industrial land near the corner of Barker and Euclid Roads in Spokane Valley, WA, in 2020. Plans call for a multi-building industrial park, named the Barker Logistics Center, that will total approximately 500,000 square feet when completed. Crown broke ground on the first building, a 130,000 square foot LEED-certified, concrete-tilt distribution building with 36-foot ceiling height in Spring 2022. The remainder of the 40-acre parcel will be marketed for build-to-suit projects up to 350,000 square feet.
