Borgata at San Tan Heights
Borgata at San Tan Heights constitutes a 271-acre residential land project originally planned for 213 large and custom lots within the San Tan Heights master planned community in Pinal County, in the southeastern portion of the greater Phoenix market. The property lies south of the Hunt Highway, a major north-south thoroughfare, just south of the Town of Queen Creek and adjacent to the San Tan Mountain Pinal County Park. After acquisition, the project was rezoned and an approved preliminary plat was obtained for 411 production residential lots. Subsequently, development has commenced for a first phase of 193 finished lots for Shea Homes and Tri Pointe Homes.
