SURPRISE, AZ – On December 11, 2024, an affiliate of Crown West Land Group purchased Surprise 60 which includes 175 preliminary platted lots (Avg. of 68 front feet) on 60 acres in Surprise, AZ. The project has frontage on the planned 187th Avenue and lies immediately east of the future Sunhaven master planned community. The Surprise 60 purchase represents Crown West Land Group’s 22nd residential land acquisition in the greater Phoenix area since 2009 and its 5th in the Surprise submarket. Crown West Land Group plans to hold the property for investment and develop the property as a residential master planned community.
